Charities & Missions
As a church, we are committed to the work of charities and mission both locally and overseas, and as such are eager to make our support of charities more effective and focused. We continue to support six main charities.
These charities and organisations have been chosen to reflect the passion and commitment of our church as a whole, to both local projects and those further afield.
Specific events in the church calendar such as Christian Aid week, or use of the Christingle Service to support the Children’s Society have continued as one offevents. We also support financially and partner with TLG (Transforming Lives for Good) to offer early intervention coaching pupils who are struggling in our local primary schools.
Our aim as a church is to eventually give a 10thof our income to charity.
